- Lead and inspire a dynamic team within a 30-bed unit delivering complex care across Head & Neck, Urology, ENT, and Ophthalmology.
- Drive high-quality, patient-centred care through education, innovation, and a strong focus on best practice.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance care delivery and improve patient outcomes.
- Strengthen advanced clinical capabilities, including specialised tracheostomy care, through targeted education and support.
