Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a post graduate qualification in a relevant clinical field or education post graduate qualification or a combination of education training and clinical experience deemed appropriate by SWSLHD.

2. Give a brief overview of what education training and clinically relevant experience you bring with you to the role? Please outline your knowledge of adult learning principles.

3. Please provide details of current chemotherapy accreditation.
