- In this After Hours CMS role, you will make a meaningful impact by providing high‑level clinical leadership and expert midwifery care outside standard hours.
- Deliver safe, compassionate, high‑quality, person‑centred specialist midwifery care to women, babies and families after hours
- Exercise extended autonomy in clinical decision‑making, applying advanced knowledge and judgement in complex and dynamic situations
- Collaborate closely with patients, families, carers and the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal clinical outcomes
- Demonstrate expert clinical proficiency in evidence‑based procedures, treatments and interventions within scope of practice

Selection Criteria

- Do you currently hold Authority to Practice as a Registered Midwife with AHPRA, relevant post-registration qualification and at least 3 years full time equivalent experience working the clinical area of your qualification?

- Detail how your skills and professional background align with the requirements of the role, emphasising the value you intend to bring to the role.
Describe a time you managed a complex or high‑risk situation where you were required to use sound judgement, problem‑solving and initiative to achieve a positive outcome.
