Mentor and guide graduate nurses as they begin their clinical careers, helping them grow into confident, capable practitioners.
Provide after‑hours education and real‑time support to ensure high‑quality, patient‑centred care.
Collaborate with the education team and clinical staff to deliver structured learning, hands‑on training, and constructive feedback.

Selection Criteria

1. Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a post graduate qualification in a relevant clinical field or education post graduate qualification or a combination of education training and clinical experience deemed appropriate by SWSLHD.
