About the Opportunity
Join our team as an Afterhours Midwife Specialist and lead the delivery of safe, compassionate, and person-centred care during critical hours.
You’ll use advanced clinical skills and independent judgment to manage complex maternity cases, working closely with families and a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes.

What You'll be Doing
The Clinical Midwifery Specialist Grade 2 will provide safe, compassionate, quality, person centred specialist care and work in collaboration with patients/families/carers and a multidisciplinary team to achieve identified goals and outcomes.

- Current Authority to Practice as a Midwife with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Relevant post-registration qualifications and at least 3 years’ experience working in the clinical area of the employees specified post-graduate qualification, or such other qualifications or equivalent experience deemed appropriate by SWSLHD.
