About the Opportunity
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Administration Officer to support two essential teams—Towards Zero Suicides (TZS) Service and Community Mental Health Workforce. If you thrive in a dynamic
What we’re looking for:
- Highly organised and self-motivated
- Experienced in supporting professionals in a fast-paced office setting
- Flexible to travel between Liverpool and Ambarvale
- Detail-oriented and skilled in data entry
- Bonus points if you have experience with Stafflink, HealthRoster, or minute-taking (not essential)
- A resourceful multitasker who can juggle the needs of two teams
- This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role, with the occasional weekend shift.
What You'll be Doing
To provide efficient and effective provision of administration/clerical services to the Towards Zero Suicides and Community Mental Health Workforce Team to deliver the best quality service to patients and clients.

The area is growing exponentially with many major shopping centers, great entertainment venues and the development of Sydney’s new airport all located within minutes of new housing estates.

- Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
