Join the Hand Clinic team at Fairfield Hospital as an Administration Officer (Level 2) and play a vital role in supporting patient care in a fast-paced, high-volume clinical environment. We are seeking a dedicated Administration Officer with exceptional customer service and strong time management skills.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to prioritise competing demands while providing compassionate, empathetic support to patients who may experience extended waiting times. This role requires the capacity to perform effectively in a high-pressure environment, managing a significant daily patient volume. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, high-quality, and patient-centred care.We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, busy setting and takes pride in delivering excellent service with a positive and approachable attitude.
