We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Officer to provide high-quality administrative support within a busy and rewarding healthcare environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and values working within a team that embraces respect, inclusion and a strengths-based approach to supporting the communities we serve.
- Provide professional administrative and clerical support to Drug Health Services.
- Deliver high-quality customer service to clients, staff and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate appointments, correspondence, records and data management activities.
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Build positive working relationships while contributing to an inclusive and supportive team culture.
