Achieve Something Great
This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing leadership and expert clinical guidance within a mental health occupational therapy team dedicated to excellence. You will play a key role in delivering safe, timely and compassionate care as part of a multidisciplinary team committed to high‑quality, person‑centred practice. In this role, you will provide advanced, evidence‑based occupational therapy interventions to clients and their families, apply expert clinical judgement to complex and novel case management scenarios, and collaborate closely with health and service partners to ensure seamless care across settings. You will contribute to service innovation through the development and evaluation of treatment protocols, quality improvement initiatives, clinical indicators and research activities, while upholding professional standards, safety frameworks and organisational values across a dynamic mental health service.

You value collaboration, networking across SWSLHD, and contributing to continuous improvement while maintaining high standards of documentation, safety and quality care. Flexible and professional, you are willing to participate in a 7‑day roster, including weekend and out‑of‑hours services, to support the needs of clients and the service.
