You will bring with you various skills and experience to the role including:  

  • Compassionate, professional approach with calm, organised behaviour in fast‑paced settings. 
  • Strong attention to detail, safe practice, sound clinical judgement, and effective problem‑solving. 
  • Excellent communication, active listening, accurate documentation, and collaborative team skills. 
  • Knowledge of medication administration, wound care, infection control, and comprehensive patient assessment. 
 

Selection Criteria 
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below. 

  • Do you have current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)?
  • Demonstrated recent acute care experience or other relevant acute care experience.
  • Demonstrated evidence of the use of critical thinking as it relates to the delivery of evidenced based nursing care.
  • Demonstrated understanding and participation in risk management, work health and safety and quality improvement in the workplace.
  • Demonstrated capacity to interact with others in a personable and professional manner and personally resolve conflicts when they arise.
