  • Support women and newborns through every stage of pregnancy, labour, birth and the postnatal period, providing meaningful continuity of care.  
  • Contribute to a respected Midwifery Group Practice team known for delivering high-quality, woman-centred and evidence-based care.  
  • Develop and implement care plans that align with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia’s standards and the policies of NSW Health and South Western Sydney Local Health District.  
  • Work in a collaborative environment where leadership, autonomy and advanced midwifery practice are encouraged and supported.  
  • Play a key role in shaping positive experiences for women and families, with opportunities to mentor and support other clinicians.

  • Confident working autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.  
  • Brings advanced midwifery skills across antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal care, aligned with continuity-of-care models. 
  • Shows leadership capability, including coordinating caseloads, planning care and supporting or mentoring other clinicians.
