We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives in complex project environments and is passionate about delivering high-quality healthcare infrastructure outcomes.
- Drive meaningful outcomes – Bring your expertise in FF&E and Major Medical Equipment to translate clinical and operational needs into practical, effective solutions that enhance patient care.
- Excel in collaboration – Use your strong stakeholder engagement skills to partner with multidisciplinary teams and user groups, ensuring alignment across clinical, operational, and project priorities.
- Own the end-to-end process – Demonstrate your ability to manage equipment planning and delivery from procurement through to commissioning, while maintaining compliance, managing risks, and ensuring accurate asset tracking.
Selection Criteria
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.
- Demonstrated experience with the FFE process, including planning, procurement and change to FFE & MME associated with a redevelopment.
- Knowledge of a range of medical equipment functionality within the clinical setting and how it supports best patient care.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise in a rapidly changing environment to meet conflicting deadlines.
- Ability to promote collaborative consultation, engagement and facilitate group decision-making.
Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
