- Conducting needs assessments, demographic analysis, and stakeholder consultations.
- Developing models of care, plans and strategies that align with broader SWSLHD priorities and NSW Health objectives.
- Collaborating with key partners to integrate health services into broader infrastructure and urban planning projects.
- Managing timelines and reporting on project milestones and outcomes.

- External stakeholders, such as local councils, NSW Health and the Department of Planning, Health providers and researchers

Specific details on role requirements:
The position is full-time, with an expectation to work Monday to Friday. Role is based at Liverpool Hospital, with travel across the SWSLHD as necessary.
What You'll be Doing
The Project Manager will work as part of the Planning Unit, within the Strategy and Partnerships Directorate, SWSLHD. The position provides leadership, co-ordination and a service development role, for the Western Parklands City project. The Project Manager will be able to lead aspects of clinical services planning and the development of models of care and service statements and will be responsible for all key aspects of project management including project-wide governance, coordination, consultation and engagement with key stakeholders.

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a health related discipline or equivalent work experience with demonstrated project management experience and a record of achievement.
- Advanced high level interpersonal skills, including facilitation, negotiation and consultation with key stakeholders, high level written communication skills including advocacy and negotiation with key partners and the ability to prepare high quality documents, reports and papers for executive leadership teams and publication.
- High-level knowledge of the inter-relationship between models of care and departmental operational policies and procedures, with demonstrated experience in leading, initiating and managing complex collaborative projects, with evidence of achieving innovative change
- Ability to collect and analyse quantitative and qualitative data and critically review published evidence based best practice material to inform decision making. Demonstrated ability to use contemporary Health data Systems.
- Current unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence (P2 Licence Acceptable), subject to obtaining a NSW Drivers Licence within 3 months of appointment, with a willingness to travel across facilities.
