Lead a high‑performing surgical ward within one of NSW’s major trauma and principal referral centres, delivering complex, high‑acuity care while advancing clinical excellence and leadership capability.
- Lead and shape clinical excellence across diverse specialties including ENT, head and neck surgery, ophthalmology, urology, trauma, and complex general surgery.
- Drive advanced neurosurgical and plastics care within a fast‑paced, high‑acuity clinical environment.
- Influence patient outcomes through strong multidisciplinary collaboration across key surgical specialties.
- Optimise ward operations, patient flow, and staffing to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality care delivery.
