Selection Criteria

- Demonstrated experience in providing high level administrative support, including a proven ability to operate efficiently in an environment requiring confidentiality and discretion in management.
- Demonstrated well developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to compose quality correspondence, documents and reports in a professional and timely manner.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently with limited direction as to work priorities with demonstrated ability in critical thinking and initiating actions to complete complex tasks.
Demonstrated ability to evaluate office systems methods and technology with a view of further improving practices.
