Join a supportive Revenue team that helps ensure fair and consistent patient billing across SWSLHD - Fairfield Hospital.  

  • Play a key role in patient eligibility assessments, revenue management and customer service.  
  • Work collaboratively with clinical, administrative and finance teams to support positive patient and organisational outcomes.  
  • Be part of a collaborative and supportive team that is committed to delivering high-quality customer service and ensuring patients receive clear, accessible information about their care and associated costs.

This role is ideally suited to a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting and takes pride in providing accurate cashiering services and high-quality administrative support. 

  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and a commitment to accuracy.  
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to provide outstanding customer service.  
  • Enjoys working collaboratively with clinical, administrative and finance teams.  
  • Experience in patient administration, billing, revenue management or healthcare finance will be highly regarded.
