Southern NSW Local Health District covers a large area of the southern half of NSW. Surrounding the ACT on three sides and all the way down to the Victorian border, it extends from the pristine beaches of the NSW South Coast, the farmlands of the Southern Tablelands, across the picturesque Great Dividing Range and the spectacular Snowy Mountains. Selection Criteria:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/ or demonstrated experience in health services planning and/ or projects.
- Demonstrated experience in interpersonal communication, collaboration and negotiation skills with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to use written and verbal communication skills to present complex and accurate information, facilitate meetings, deliver reports and presentations, influence and negotiate outcomes.
- Demonstrated knowledge of strategic directions in health services planning and development to ensure alignment with organisational priorities and contemporary evidence based practice.
- Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis including the ability to analyse and interpret service activity data from internal and external sources.
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve, plan and deliver projects/ work on time and to a high standard.
- Evidence of a current unrestricted drivers' licence and the ability to maintain. Ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires. This may involve driving long distances and overnight stays.
