About the Role
Workforce Officer will provide high quality advice, guidance and service to client groups on a diverse range of HR functions including, but not limited to, recruitment, interpretation of policies, awards and employment related legislation.
There are two (2) portfolios mapped in this role, Balmain Hospital and Aged Health Chronic Care and Rehabilitation (AHCCR). Balmain Hospital is a community-based healthcare facility that has been caring for local people since 1885. It is dedicated to Aged Care, Rehabilitation and General Practice. Balmain Hospital is committed to providing the highest standards of healthcare to meet individual needs. Aged Health Chronic Care and Rehabilitation (AHCCR), a large Aged Care Community service in NSW, provides wide ranges of community services such as Dementia Support and Home Based Therapy Allied Health services to clients at their residents in Sydney regions.
This role is required to liaise and work effectively with internal/external partners and stakeholders to facilitate a high quality, best practice, customer focused, value adding and comprehensive HR service which fosters a positive and respectful workplace culture.

Ideal Candidate
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or associated field and/or relevant work experience.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with management and staff.
- Proven interpersonal skills with a strong customer service approach including high level of verbal and written communication skills.
