About the Role
Sydney Local Health District has a long and proud history of delivering care in the community including prevention, early intervention, assessment, treatment, health maintenance and continuing care services designed to improve and support the health and wellbeing of individuals and communities. This position is based at Croydon Health Centre.
The position has a focus on service improvement and improved patient outcomes, sustainable access and collaboration in the provision of high quality, sustainable healthcare.

Ideal Candidate
- A relevant tertiary and post graduate qualifications in health service management and/or working towards attainment and/or evidence of recent management experience encompassing human resource management, finance, and resource management.
- Demonstrated high level of consulting, negotiating and collaborative skills in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to influence and achieve optimal business outcomes. This includes high level interpersonal, written, and verbal skills.
- Current NSW Driver's Licence (P1 and P2 acceptable).
