Selection Criteria
- Experience with troubleshooting and supporting Apple Macintosh PCs, Smart Devices and Mobile Phones across different operating systems including anti- virus products.
- Managing smart device on-boarding, policy enforcement and ensuring the integrity of the MDM (Mobile Device Management) system; this will include company supplied and BYO devices
- A working knowledge of integrating Macintosh systems into an Active Directory Domain environment
- Experience working on/from a busy Service Desk, troubleshooting, liaising with customers & vendors for IP Telephone System- new connections, changes, relocations and programming for IP voice system, mobility and paging.
- Service Desk - resolving issues and faults remotely and onsite and escalating where required, updating and closing jobs for voice, mobility and paging.
- Demonstrated ability to liaise with Senior Management. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Unrestricted NSW Driver's Licence (P2 licence acceptable).
