About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified social worker to join the palliative care services within SLHD. This position provides a social work service in an ambulatory care setting to patients receiving palliative care support and their families. Although this position works alongside other palliative care social work positions within SLHD, the scope of this role is unique and offers candidates the opportunity to help shape the ambulatory care social work service.
