Research and Development Manager, Cell & Molecular Therapies (Health Manager Level 3)
The ideal candidate will have...
- A qualification in a relevant health profession, relevant tertiary qualifications including post graduate management qualifications or equivalent or substantial work experience. Extensive senior management experience.
- Demonstrated relevant knowledge and experience in cell & gene therapies to facilitate the coordination, implementation and evaluation of strategic planning of research programs and/or clinical services.
- Demonstrated accountability in managing highly complex human resource, administrative and financial issues, including budget development and management. Sound knowledge of and experience in of regulatory and commercial issues related to cell and gene therapies.
