About the Role
Sydney Local Health District is one of the fastest growing Local Health Districts in New South Wales. Our facilities and services are world class and our staff are dedicated, innovative and caring.
The Product Analyst is responsible for a range of cross-functional tasks that incorporate business and technical analysis, agile scrum coordination, application configuration and testing capabilities. The role is responsible for supporting product planning, active project delivery and attending to relevant operational second level support of each product. The Analyst will meet business needs by analysing and prioritising product features, and working closely with other teams to achieve business goals. The Analyst will work closely with business, internal and vendor stakeholders to evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, enhancement opportunities, to develop, implement and maintain information systems within Digital Health and Innovation. The Product Analyst is an integral member of the Product Management team working alongside other Product Analysts to service multiple products during projects and on-going support with a focus on continuous improvement activities.

Ideal Candidate
- May be required from time to time to work at other Sydney Local Health District (SLHD) facilities.
- Demonstrated experience and a record of achievement working within a product management lifecycle in a large and complex clinical ICT service environment, including relevant bachelor’s degree in ICT or Management or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience in the design, configuration and deployment of digital health systems.
- Demonstrated organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and changing professional environment with a capacity to prioritise, multi-task, achieve business goals, perform and always work with a customer-focused approach.
