About the Role 

Sydney Dental Hospital (SDH) has been serving the local community since 1904. The Hospital is a centre of excellence and throughout its history has been a key driver in shaping oral health and dental care in Australia.

The purpose of the role to provide excellent administrative support and customer service to all patients, families, staff presenting to SDH-OHS. The position provides support to all SDH-OHS facilities, including clinics external to Sydney Dental Hospital and committed to Patient and Family Centred Care.

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure, maintaining attention on detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to multitask independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in the team as well as prioritise work demands to meet departmental benchmarks and KPI’s in a pressured, busy and demanding environment.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and flexibility and initiative regarding quality improvements.
