Ideal Candidate
Must hold a Bachelor or post graduate degree in Occupational Therapy with current registration to practice as an Occupational Therapist, as well as relevant post graduate qualifications in clinical leadership and/or management or willingness to undertake same.
Demonstrated advanced clinical skills and clinical experience in the provision of Occupational Therapy across a broad range of clinical areas in Mental Health.
Demonstrated ability and experience in the leadership, supervision and management of Occupational Therapists. This includes demonstrated ability to identify and lead change across the Occupational Therapy service to improve service delivery models and meet identified KPIs.
Current NSW Driver's Licence (P1 and P2 acceptable).
