About the Role
Formed in 1882, Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPAH) is a major metropolitan tertiary referral hospital and a principal provider of specialist healthcare. It remains one of the nation’s most respected hospitals, with a distinguished history serving the health needs of local, statewide, national and international communities.
The Administrative Officer is responsible for providing clerical support within the BreastScreen Sydney Service and plays a significant role in the overall operation of the service. The main responsibilities of this role are to assist clients with their paperwork, answer any enquiries and make appointment bookings. The Administration Officer is often the first point of contact for clients when they arrive at the service and therefore requires a courteous, friendly and professional attitude at all times.

Ideal Candidate
- Available to work Thursday and Friday with an option of rotating shifts.
Proven ability to provide high-level customer service in a high-volume environment.
- Experience in working with clients/patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency with keyboard duties including accurate data entry and other computer packages including Microsoft Office Applications.
- Experience in the provision of administration and reception services.
