About the Role
The Burudyara Concord Forensic Rehabilitation Mental Health Unit is a purpose-built, state-of-the-art facility being established as part of the NSW Statewide Mental Health Infrastructure Program. Located on the grounds of the Concord Centre for Mental Health, the Unit will provide rehabilitation for 18 medium secure and 24 low secure forensic mental health patients. Designed with facilities to meet patients where they’re at and support their pathway to recovery and transition back into the community to live meaningful, purposeful lives significantly expanding access to specialised care.
Ideal Candidate
- Must hold a bachelor’s degree in exercise and sports science, or other qualification deemed equivalent by the employer.
- Demonstrated knowledge, skills and clinical experience in exercise physiology clinical practice.
- Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
