About the Role
The position is a member of the Digital Health and Innovation (DH&I) Executive team and is responsible for the management of the Clinical Systems and Digital Health Products (CSDHP) Directorate. As part of the executive team, the position will contribute to the development of the DH&I strategic, operational and resource plans and policies to ensure that they align with the Sydney Local Health District (SLHD) and DH&I priorities, Ministry of Health and eHealth strategies, relevant legislation, and standards.
Although this position will be based at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPAH) campus there is a requirement for the position to work from other SLHD facilities.

Ideal Candidate
- Relevant Bachelor's Degree in ICT or Management, and/or demonstrated experience with a proven track record in managing large programs and leading multidisciplinary teams, preferably within a large and complex clinical ICT service environment.
- Ability to work a 5 day roster, hybrid working supported with a minimum of 3 days in the office.
- Experience in managing complex programs and projects utilising recognised methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2 and Agile) and the ability to manage a significant number of simultaneous parallel projects.
- Strong business orientation and understanding of information systems that support the patient care process with demonstrated experience in the management of Clinical Systems and Digital Health Products.
