Remuneration: $61,598 - $75,168 per annum + annual leave loading + 11.5% Superannuation

This includes first line response for service requests, operation of the campus BMS and associated building services and management of external service providers as required.

- Has completed a full apprenticeship in HVAC, mechanical or electrical trade and extensive post trade experience.
- Has a current NSW Driver's Licence (P1 and P2 acceptable).
- Has experience in the operation and maintenance of plant and equipment in a multistorey building/commercial environment.
- Has proven an understanding of the operation of mechanical systems such as air conditioning chillers, boilers, pumps, and air compressors.
