Sydney Local Health District (SLHD) is seeking a Clinical Superintendent in Surgery / Staff Specialist in Colorectal Surgery to join our team at Concord Repatriation General Hospital
The Clinical Superintendent in Surgery will also undertake clinical responsibilities (up to 0.5FTE) in Colorectal Surgery (subject to approval by the SLHD Medical and Dental Appointments Advisory Committee) and will participate in teaching, research, quality improvement and administrative activities within the respective specialty Department and Hospital as required
The Successful applicant will be registered or eligible for specialist registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), and Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) and/or other equivalent specialist recognition as provided for in the NSW Staff Specialists (State) Award.
Salary and conditions are in accordance with the NSW Staff Specialist (State) Award.
