Selection Criteria

  1. Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize computer software packages
  2. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with a variety of professionals both internal and external to the Service whilst maintaining privacy & confidentiality at all times.
  3. Proven ability to provide customer focused service for a broad range of clients.
  4. Demonstrated ability to work within a team, independently and with minimal supervision
  5. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently, independently, productively and to be accountable and responsible for actions in all aspects of the position
  6. Demonstrated ability to work in a high volume and demanding environment with proven capacity to manage concurrent activities of a diverse nature
