About the Role
Concord Repatriation General Hospital has a well-earned reputation for excellence in healthcare for over 70 years. Building on its proud heritage of caring for the Veteran community, the hospital now services the local communities of Concord, Strathfield, Burwood and beyond.
The primary purpose of this position is to coordinate administrative services in the Imaging Department. The position must undertake a proactive role in supporting the administrative staff, ensuring they provide professional customer service as well as fulfilling required tasks and responsibilities including referral management.
It is important to note that the Imaging Department encompasses Radiology, Nuclear Medicine and Vascular.

Ideal Candidate
- We’re looking for someone who brings a supportive and proactive approach to leading a team.
- You’ll need to have good communication and organisational skills, along with the ability to solve problems and work well with others.
- Being able to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines is important, and we value people who can work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using computer systems such as PAS and Imaging Systems is a plus, along with confidence in using Microsoft Office.
