It remains one of the nation’s most respected hospitals, with a distinguished history serving the health needs of local, statewide, national and international communities.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Ambulatory Care Business Unit as part of the administrative team within the Paediatrics Department at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital.
The Paediatrics Clinic provides care and support for children and their families, bringing together a team of highly experienced paediatric specialists to guide families through every stage of a child’s health journey. We are seeking motivated and skilled administrative professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and working collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
While this position is based within the Women and Babies Ambulatory Service, it is part of the Ambulatory Care Business Unit, which oversees a centralised administrative workforce supporting all ambulatory care services across RPA Hospital.

Ideal candidate
- Previous experience in an administrative setting with established high level computer literacy and typing skills, including experience with dictaphone transcribing equipment or software, with a minimum typing speed of 60wpm.
- Ability to work to support a Head of Department, independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team environment.
