About The Role
Concord Repatriation General Hospital has a well-earned reputation for excellence in healthcare for over 70 years. Building on its proud heritage of caring for the Veteran community, the hospital now services the local communities of Concord, Strathfield, Burwood and beyond.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Administrative Officer to join our Casual Pool team.
- Provide a high standard of customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.
- Collate, maintain, and file clinical notes and loose sheets in patient medical records, ensuring all progress notes are filed accurately.
- Conduct regular data quality audits and perform necessary rectification.
- Uphold confidentiality at all times in dealings with patients, the public, and staff.
About You
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
