About the Role
You will be working at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. It is one of the nation’s most respected hospitals, with a distinguished history of serving the health needs of local, statewide, national and international communities. Our facilities and services are world class, and our staff are dedicated, innovative and caring.

 

In this role you will provide specialist services including nutrition care, education, counselling and nutrition support to inpatients and/or outpatients in a specified specialist clinical nutrition area and senior clinical leadership within Dietetics. This is a part-time position requiring two days of work per week, with availability to work on Fridays being essential. The successful applicant will possess demonstrated expertise and experience in the nutritional management of patients with cystic fibrosis.

Ideal Candidate

  • Must hold a Bachelor or post graduate degree in Nutrition and Dietetics that allows eligibility for full membership of the Dietitians Association of Australia.
  • Advanced clinical knowledge, skill and significant clinical experience in the provision of Dietetics.
  • Experience and demonstrated ability in building and maintaining professional and therapeutic relationships through the application of written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
