About the Opportunity
The Upper GI and Gastroenterology Ward here at Concord is a 24 bed surgical ward with 6 Surge Beds. Our team of dedicated Health Professionals provide specialised nursing care to a diverse range of patients requiring acute surgical and medical care. We are on the look out for full time Nurses with recent acute surgical care experience (2 years+ of experience is highly desirable) in a hospital setting. The Upper GI and Gastroenterology ward offers a professional development pathway to support staff in developing specialised surgical medical nursing skills with the support of a full time Clinical Nurse Educator.

Ideal Candidate
- All candidates must have full working rights within Australia
- Current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
- Demonstrated understanding of evidence informed practice and critical thinking.
