The role
As a Registered Nurse, the role will encompass a wide range of tasks focused on patient care, safety & education. In this role you will also experience working with patient's with Dementia, Delirum & other behavioural & psychological needs related to Geriatric co-hort. The role will encompass assessing patients, medication handling, performing in-charge duties & collaborating with multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Ideal Candidate
Holds current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
Demonstrates effective interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication within a multidisciplinary team.
Available to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
Has a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a hospital or aged care setting.
