About the Role
Sydney Local Health District is one of the fastest growing Local Health Districts in New South Wales. Our facilities and services are world class and our staff are dedicated, innovative and caring.
The Change Manager for the Redevelopment is responsible for the management and coordination of the planning and delivery of the Capital Works transformation and change agenda, ensuring the change outputs and activities are maintained to a high standard and contribute to the achievement of the project vision, objectives and benefits.

Ideal Candidate
- Degree in relevant health or related field and/or equivalent, relevant experience, with demonstrated performance in the healthcare industry.
- Suitable training and experience or equivalent experience with desire to complete further training, in the planning and delivery of a complex change program within a healthcare setting.
- Previous training or experience in delivering clinical redesign or process reengineering using a recognised methodology (i.e. AIM, Lean, Six Sigma, PROCI, etc.).
- Project management experience including a proven ability to deliver project outcomes on time and budget.
- Highly developed negotiation consultation and interpersonal skills with a range of stakeholders and objectivity in decision-making and problem solving.
- Extensive experience and knowledge of health processes and experience in implementing large programs. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the manager to support team and organisational objectives.
