Remuneration: $2,720.92 - $3,241.77 per week + Annual Leave Loading + 11.5% Superannuation

About the Role
Sydney Local Health District is one of the fastest growing Local Health Districts in New South Wales. Our facilities and services are world class and our staff are dedicated, innovative and caring.
The Product Manager – eMR is responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of the electronic Medical Record (eMR) product. This role spans multiple product streams, including Clinical Applications, Medications Management, Clinical Reporting, Security & Architecture, and PAS. The Product Manager will lead the management of eMR performance, roadmap development, and budget planning. Additionally, this role plays a pivotal part in the SDPR program, supporting SLHD’s transition to the state-based eMR platform.
The Digital Health teams provides support for systems that are in use 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and will be required to provide 24/7 on-call support. Although this position is not a frontline clinical support position, the occupant may be required to provide support out of hours to ensure availability of the system.

Ideal Candidate
- Experience and a record of achievement managing a product lifecycle and leading multidisciplinary teams, ideally in a large and complex clinical ICT service environment, and/or a relevant bachelor’s degree in ICT or Management or equivalent experience.
- Organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and changing professional environment with a capacity to prioritise, multi-task, achieve business goals, perform and always work with a customer-focused approach.
- Experience working proactively to anticipate problems before they occur; defines the problem; identifies possible causes; works with the team to identify solutions; selects and implements the most appropriate solution.
