About the Role
  
Canterbury Hospital is committed to providing high quality healthcare services to our local community, focused on patient and family-centred care.

The Environmental Services Department provides a 24-hour cleaning and portering (transport) service throughout Canterbury Hospital.

      Ideal Candidate

      • Ability to work on a 24 hour, 7 day rotating roster, with regular night shifts.
      • Previous experience in a healthcare facility or in commercial/industrial cleaning role.
      • Ability to communicate (both written and verbally) effectively with management, staff and patients.
