About the Role
A unique opportunity for a combined position which services aged care/rehab patients at Balmain Hospital (0.4FTE) and early palliative care patients across the district in a clinic/community setting (0.6FTE) which, on negotiation, can be based at one of the four hospitals in SLHD (Balmain, Canterbury, Concord and RPA).
Regular clinical supervision will be provided by both an aged care and palliative care senior to ensure you are equipped with the knowledge and skills to provide a high-quality Occupational Therapy service to achieve optimal health outcomes for the patients/clients of the two service.

Ideal Candidate
- Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent and current registration with AHPRA.
- Demonstrated knowledge, skills and clinical experience in Occupational Therapy practice and the provision of services to Occupational Therapy.
- Current NSW Drivers Licence (P1 and P2 acceptable).
