About the Role
The People & Culture Team is undergoing transformation and this is a brand-new position that you can make your own. The Manager, Office of the Executive Director People & Culture (EDPC) provides high level operational leadership, coordination and governance support to ensure the efficient, effective and well governed functioning of the EDPC office.
The role oversees executive workflows, strengthens governance and reporting, improves business processes, and leads priority initiatives and projects as directed by the EDPC. The position focuses on strategic coordination, oversight and delivery, ensuring the Office of the EDPC operates in a structured, responsive and consistent manner that supports effective executive leadership, governance and strategic oversight.

Ideal Candidate
- Experience providing high level operational and coordination support to a senior People and Culture executive in a complex organisation.
- Proven ability to design and improve business processes to enhance efficiency, governance and consistency.
- Strong written communication skills, with experience preparing and reviewing executive level briefs, correspondence and reports.
