About the Role

Concord Hospital is seeking a highly motivated Quality Officer to join the Haematology Clinical Research Unit (HCRU). This is a key role leading quality management for Cellular Therapies and Clinical Research, ensuring compliance with national and international standards including FACT-JACIE, TGA, and NATA.

  • Lead and maintain a robust Quality Management System for cellular therapies

  • Develop and audit clinical SOPs, policies, and compliance documentation

  • Support and prepare for accreditation and regulatory inspections

  • Work collaboratively with clinicians, nurses, data managers and other stakeholders

  • Lead quality meetings, audits, training, and incident reviews

  • Promote a culture of safety, excellence, and continuous improvement

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in clinical quality or regulatory roles (preferably in Haematology or Cellular Therapies)
  • Understanding of FACT-JACIE and clinical trial standards
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work across teams and lead process improvement initiatives
