About the Role
Concord Hospital is seeking a highly motivated Quality Officer to join the Haematology Clinical Research Unit (HCRU). This is a key role leading quality management for Cellular Therapies and Clinical Research, ensuring compliance with national and international standards including FACT-JACIE, TGA, and NATA.
Lead and maintain a robust Quality Management System for cellular therapies
Develop and audit clinical SOPs, policies, and compliance documentation
Support and prepare for accreditation and regulatory inspections
Work collaboratively with clinicians, nurses, data managers and other stakeholders
Lead quality meetings, audits, training, and incident reviews
Promote a culture of safety, excellence, and continuous improvement

Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in clinical quality or regulatory roles (preferably in Haematology or Cellular Therapies)
- Understanding of FACT-JACIE and clinical trial standards
- Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work across teams and lead process improvement initiatives
