Concord Repatriation General Hospital Concord Repatriation General Hospital is proud of its healthcare service excellence and leadership in clinical care. Concord is part of a network of hospitals and healthcare services within Sydney Local Health District.
Concord Repatriation General Hospital is a leading tertiary-referral teaching hospital and was one of the first public health facilities to implement a hospital-wide integrated electronic prescribing and medical records system in NSW. Significant redevelopment was recently completed, which includes a new cancer Centre and satellite pharmacy as part of a new clinical services building.
The Cancer Services Pharmacy is a fast-paced production unit run by an energetic and friendly team of enthusiastic clinical pharmacists, and technicians who are passionate about patient care. The Cancer Services Pharmacy exists under the Pharmacy Department alongside Investigational Drugs (Clinical Trials) and Mental Health.
What you’ll be doing
Pharmacy Technicians provide technical support to the Pharmacy Department in all areas of pharmacy practice, including dispensing, production, distribution, and clinical activities. They are an essential part of the Pharmacy team in areas including the Main Dispensary, Cancer Services, Aseptic Production and Mental Health. Cancer Services Pharmacy Technician play a critical role in the preparation of chemotherapy and advanced therapeutics to patients of the hospital.

Ideal Candidate
All Candidates mys have full working rights within Australia
- Completion of a Certificate III (Grade 1) or Certificate IV (Grade 2) in Hospital/Health Pharmacy Support or relevant qualifications deemed to be equivalent (preferably with competency in aseptic compounding or sterile manufacturing, or experience in cleanroom environments).
- Demonstrated high level of attention to fine details and accuracy at work.
- Proven ability to work independently and productively in a team environment.
