About the Role
Responsibilities also include registering, updating, and tracking of medical records, retrieving, maintaining, and culling paper-based records, ordering of stationery and stock, organising clinic bookings and appointments, and assisting the Centre Administrator in the efficient and effective running of the centre. This position may also require data entry and generating reports to meet ad hoc requests and regular reporting requirements.

Ideal Candidate
- Demonstrated extensive experience in the provision of administration functions and clerical duties, and the ability to prioritise and multitask in a high-volume work environment.
- Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills with excellent face-to-face and telephone customer service skills including ability to engage with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Current NSW Driver's Licence (P1 and P2 acceptable).
