You will be working at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. Under the general direction from the Business Manager and Director of Adult Congenital Heart Disease, this position provides a range of administration and secretarial support to the NSW Adult Congenital Heart Disease Service and ensures the efficient running of the area through coordination and provision of administrative and clerical duties. This includes data entry, filing, reception, correspondence, responding to telephone enquiries, appointment making, scanning, billing and word processing including dictation typing as well as other duties as directed.

Ideal Candidate
- Has knowledge of Medical Terminology (Cardiology).
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency in digital/voice dictation typing with a speed of at least 50wpm.
- Able to prioritise tasks and work both autonomously and as part of a team.
