What You'll Be Doing:

Plan, coordinate, and implement in-depth levels of clinical expertise and extensive specialised knowledge within Physiotherapy in order to provide high quality Women’s Health Physiotherapy care to the people and birthing women of the Royal Hospital for Women, consistent with NSW Health, South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) policies, procedures and standards.

Selection Criteria:
- Qualifications in accordance with Schedule C of the NSW Health Service Health Professionals (State) Award and demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional learning
- Extensive post graduate clinical experience in Women’s Health Physiotherapy with demonstrated ability to provide consultation within and external to the organisation.
- Excellent negotiation, decision making and advocacy skills including the ability to interact constructively and collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders, throughout all organisational level.
- Demonstrated ability to provide high level clinical advice, and development of education tools or programs to support others in providing service excellence.
- Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and to apply advanced reasoning skills and independent professional judgement when dealing with situations of a novel, complex or critical nature.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate, lead, complete and share quality improvement initiatives and service evaluation processes.
- Demonstrated experience in providing advice to managers on clinical service development, practice change and service redesign.
- Current drivers licence (or a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position).
