- Effective communication with the ability to work as part of a team and individually as required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of how to keep yourself and others safe in a work environment.
- General knowledge and understanding of healthcare cleaning, including infection prevention and control and waste management.
- Demonstrated ability to follow directions and meet specified time schedules.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, with varying days and starts times, to provide a 24 hr/ 7 day week service requirement.
