Where you'll be working
The Health Safety and Wellbeing team is a part of the People & Culture Directorate. You will be working in a collaborative, supportive environment with a team that is passionate about building partnerships to provide a safe work environment for our people, and promote a healthy, safety conscious culture. HSW supports the whole of the South Eastern Sydney Local Health District and as such, employees travel between sites ranging between Waterfall and the Sydney CBD.
What you'll be doing
The Administration Coordinator provides a range of high level administration and clerical support services to enable the Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) team to achieve its objectives in a timely, reliable and efficient manner.
The position is responsible for providing senior administration support to the Injury Management and Workers Compensation team, including coordinating the completion of the workers compensation injury notification, inputting and updating records in the workers compensation and injury notification systems and liaising with stakeholders.
