As a Senior HR Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor to executive leaders and managers, delivering high-level advice across complex HR and IR matters while driving proactive solutions in a large, fast-paced organisation. This role is an opportunity to lead on organisational change, workforce redesign, and employee relations within a system navigating both operational complexity and cultural evolution.

What you'll be doing

- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent work experience in workforce management, employee relations, employment law, or other relevant field, in a large and diverse organisation.
- Proven experience in providing practical HR advice and consultancy services, and appropriate application of relevant employment and industrial relations legislation, State Awards and policies.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers through highly developed interpersonal skills, ability to influence and sound coaching skills.
- Proven organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and respond to changing priorities and demands in a multidisciplinary work environment.
- Proven effective written and verbal communication, with the ability to prepare complex written documents including briefs and reports.
- Demonstrated high level analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to accurately identify HR issues and clearly outline business implications to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Demonstrated proficient computer literacy, Microsoft Office applications, payroll/HRIS systems including the ability to manipulate data into reports and spreadsheets and/or demonstrated capability to develop such knowledge.
